Did you know that singing is actually good for your physical and mental health? It can relieve stress, foster community and belonging, and even help boost your immune system!

Through the practice of singing together, we remember our ability to heal in community.


SING BRAVE

SING BRAVE is a space to reclaim our voices in community. We sing to nourish our bodies and souls, and to honor our interconnection with the world around us. We sing to fill our cups with the courage it takes to be awake and aware in these times, singing our joy, our grief, our longings, our dreams. 

Community singing is as much for those who love to sing as it is for those who feel like they can’t or shouldn’t sing (spoiler alert: you CAN sing!). All voices are welcome and no singing experience is necessary. These mantra-like songs are simple, powerful, and easy to learn, often with multiple layers that reveal juicy harmonies.

This community singing container weaves ritual, rhythm and song with the Work That Reconnects—a group process that helps people experience their innate interconnectedness to each other and the world, transforming despair and overwhelm into inspired, collaborative action.
